B.A.G. Films and Media Limited has announced its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OA VM). The company has completed the dispatch of the Notice of the EGM on Monday, January 19, 2026, and published newspaper advertisements in the Business Standard (English and Hindi editions) on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, regarding this completion.

The EGM will be convened in compliance with various circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Members attending through VC/OA VM will be counted for the quorum. Electronic copies of the EGM Notice were sent to members whose email addresses are registered with the company or its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), Alankit Assignments Limited. The requirement of sending physical copies has been dispensed with.

The EGM Notice is also available on the company's website (www.bagnetwork24.in) and the websites of BSE Limited (www.bseindia.com) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (www.nseindia.com). Members have the facility to cast their votes using the electronic voting system (e-voting) provided by NSDL. The voting rights of members will be in proportion to the equity shares held by them as of the cut-off date, Wednesday, February 04, 2026.

The remote e-voting shall commence on Saturday, February 07, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and end on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. Members who have cast their vote remotely will still be eligible to participate in the EGM through VC/OA VM but cannot cast their vote again. M/s Balika Sharma & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
