Baazar Style Retail Limited has announced the resignations of two key senior management personnel: Mr. Saurav Jhunjhunwala, Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. Gaurav Saraogi, Vice President – Category Planning.

Both individuals have cited personal reasons for their departure. Mr. Jhunjhunwala's resignation is effective from the closure of business hours on January 13, 2026. Mr. Saraogi's resignation is effective from the closure of business hours on January 31, 2026.

The company has made the disclosure as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
