AWL Agri Business Limited (formerly Adani Wilmar Limited) has announced the completion of the dispatch of its Notice of Postal Ballot. This notice, along with an explanatory statement, was sent to members via electronic means on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. The dispatch was made to members whose names appeared in the Register of Members or List of Beneficial Owners as of Friday, December 12, 2025, which served as the cut-off date. Physical copies of the notice and ballot forms are not being sent, in line with exemptions provided by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) circulars. The company is seeking member approval for special businesses through remote e-voting. The e-voting period commences at 9:00 AM IST on Thursday, December 18, 2025, and concludes at 5:00 PM IST on Friday, January 16, 2026. The e-voting module will be disabled by CDSL after the conclusion date. Members holding shares as of the cut-off date can cast their vote electronically. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Chirag Shah or Mr. Raimeen Maradiya as the Scrutinizer for the postal ballot process. The results of the postal ballot are expected to be announced on or before Tuesday, January 20, 2026, and will be displayed at the registered office, intimated to BSE and NSE, and uploaded on the company's and CDSL's websites.
