Awfis Space Solutions Limited, through its Promoters, Promoter Group, and persons acting in concert (PAC), has confirmed that no shares held in the company were encumbered, directly or indirectly, during the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This declaration is made pursuant to Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The confirmation was submitted to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. on April 1, 2026.
