Avro India Limited has announced that its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on Wednesday, February 04, 2026, at 01:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), with members not required to be physically present at a common venue.

The Notice of EGM will be dispatched electronically to all registered members. Shareholders are urged to ensure their email addresses are updated with the Company, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), or Depository Participants (DPs) to receive the notice and e-voting details.

The company will facilitate remote e-voting and e-voting during the EGM. The newspaper advertisements regarding the EGM have been published in Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
