Avro India Limited has announced that its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be convened on Wednesday, February 04, 2026, commencing at 01:00 p.m. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

In accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations, the company will provide its members with the facility to cast their votes electronically. This includes remote e-voting prior to the EGM and e-voting during the meeting itself. Members whose names appear in the Register of Members or the Registrar of Beneficial Owners as of the Cut-Off date will be eligible to participate in the e-voting process.
