AVG Logistics Limited has announced a significant change concerning its statutory auditor. M/s. M S K A and Associates, the company's current Chartered Accountant statutory auditor, has converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). Following this conversion, the firm will now be known as M S K A & Associates LLP.

The company has received and enclosed a certificate confirming this change.
