Avantel Limited has published a notice regarding the transfer of unclaimed dividends and equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This action is in compliance with the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended.

The company informed that the final dividend declared for the Financial Year 2018-19, which has remained unclaimed for seven years, will be credited to the IEPF. Correspondingly, the equity shares on which these dividends were unclaimed for seven consecutive years will also be transferred to the IEPF.

Individual notices are being sent to shareholders whose shares are liable for transfer. Details of such shareholders are available on Avantel's website. For shareholders holding shares in physical form, duplicate share certificates will be issued and transferred to IEPF, with the original certificates in their name being automatically cancelled. For shareholders holding shares in electronic form, their demat accounts will be debited.

Shareholders are advised that if a valid claim is not received on or before February 28, 2026, Avantel will proceed with the transfer of the liable dividend and equity shares to the IEPF authority without further notice. After this date, no claim against the company will be entertained for these unclaimed amounts and shares. Shareholders can claim their shares and dividends from the IEPF authority by applying in the prescribed Form IEPF-5 and submitting the required documents to the Nodal Officer of the company.
