Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited announced the results of its postal ballot voting, confirming that shareholders have approved two key resolutions. The first resolution pertains to the increase in the Company's Authorized Share Capital from ₹100 crore to ₹128 crore, alongside a consequent amendment to Clause V of the Memorandum of Association. The authorized capital will now consist of 86 crore Equity Shares of ₹1 each and 4.20 crore Preference Shares of ₹10 each.

The second resolution, which received overwhelming support, is the approval for the issuance of bonus shares in a 4:1 ratio. This means that for every one existing equity share, four new fully paid-up equity shares of ₹1 each will be issued. The capitalization for this bonus issue will be from the company's free reserves, retained earnings, or other permitted reserves, amounting to ₹67.93 crore as of September 30, 2025. The bonus shares will be issued in dematerialized form and will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares.

The postal ballot process, which included remote e-voting, commenced on December 2, 2025, and concluded on December 31, 2025. The voting results and the Scrutinizer's report, dated December 31, 2025, were officially released, confirming the passage of both resolutions with a requisite majority.
