Aurum PropTech Limited has released its investor presentation for Q3 FY26, highlighting a significant transition to PAT profitability. The company reported a Total Income of ₹124.55 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, an increase from ₹70.23 crore in Q3 FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at ₹2.56 crore, a substantial improvement from a loss of ₹9.63 crore in the same quarter last year. The PBT margin saw a YoY improvement of 1535 basis points. Adjusted EBITDA also showed significant improvement.

Key business metrics for Q3 FY26 versus Q3 FY25 include a 77% YoY growth in Total Income, a 1535 bps improvement in PBT margin, and an 885 bps improvement in Adjusted EBITDA percentage. The company also saw growth in metrics such as the number of signed units, rent collected (GMV), number of properties, and number of beds under management. Revenue per team member and EBITDA margin also showed positive trends.

The company is focusing on expanding its rental horizon, strengthening its co-living presence, scaling data-driven growth, accelerating sales intelligence, and driving residential buyer conversions.
