Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has announced the dissolution of its indirect subsidiary, Atsumitec (HK) Co. Limited ("Atsumitec HK"). The dissolution was effective from December 12, 2025, following an application to the Companies Registry. Atsumitec HK was acquired by the Company on March 26, 2025, as part of the acquisition of Atsumitec Co. Ltd., Japan. Shareholders of Atsumitec HK had previously resolved for its dissolution on November 29, 2024, prior to the company's acquisition. Atsumitec HK was not engaged in any business operations. In the last financial year (FY24-25), Atsumitec HK reported a revenue of HKD 0.53 million (approximately ₹55 Lakhs) and had a net worth of HKD 13.5 million (approximately ₹1.4 Crore) as of March 31, 2025.
