Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Limited has announced an update regarding the sale of 20 acres of land in Sonepat, Haryana. This follows previous intimations on October 31, 2025, May 29, 2025, and December 7, 2024.

The buyer has requested a further extension until March 31, 2026, for the execution of the Sale Deed. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, has approved this extension.

As per the Agreement to Sell dated December 7, 2024, the company has received ₹30 Crore to date as part consideration. The buyer has also committed to paying an additional ₹30 Crore by March 31, 2026. The board meeting commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 12:15 p.m. The company will provide further updates on any material developments.
