Atlanta Electricals Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from January 01, 2026, and is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window is being closed to facilitate the consideration of the financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. Designated persons, their immediate relatives, and individuals with whom they share a material financial relationship are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during this period. The trading window will be reopened 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. The company will communicate the date of the Board meeting, where the financial results will be considered and approved, in due course.
