Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) has submitted a confirmation certificate under regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. This certificate pertains to the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

The confirmation was received from M/s. MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The RTA confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation during the said quarter were processed and confirmed to the depositories. The securities comprised in the certificates have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed.

The certificate also confirms that the security certificates received for dematerialisation were mutilated and cancelled after due verification, and the depositories' names have been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within the prescribed timelines.
