Atal Realtech Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all directors, officers, designated persons, and connected persons. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's own code of conduct. The trading window will be shut from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. During this period, designated individuals, including directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), promoters, and their immediate relatives, are prohibited from dealing in the company's securities, either directly or indirectly. The company will communicate the date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve these financial results in due course.
