AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Aditi Dayarus Mehta as Director – Oncology Business Unit and Mr. Nitin Bindal as Director - Institutional Business & Public Channels. These appointments are effective from January 12, 2026.

Ms. Aditi Dayarus Mehta brings over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial leadership, strategy, and change management. She previously held roles at Pfizer India, including Business Unit Director for innovative vaccines, and was a Business Analyst at Bristol Myers Squibb. Ms. Mehta holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from K.M. Kundnani College of Pharmacy, Mumbai.

Mr. Nitin Bindal has over 17 years of diverse experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His previous roles include Business Unit Director – Oncology & Haematology at Bristol Myers Squibb and key positions at Johnson & Johnson in Oncology and Neuroscience. Mr. Bindal holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay and a Post Graduate Program in Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

The appointments were approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
