Astra Microwave Products Limited has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. This collaboration aims to strengthen indigenous design and production capabilities in critical technology domains for defence electronics and aerospace. Specifically, the partnership will focus on the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced electronic modules, subsystems, and systems for Electronic Warfare (EW), radar systems, and satellites. The agreement does not involve any special rights between the parties, such as the right to appoint directors or restrictions on capital structure changes. BEL is not a related party to Astra Microwave Products Limited, and the transaction does not fall within related party transactions. The disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
