The company explained that due to its prior Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), the financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, do not contain comparative figures, as prior period financials were finalized and approved concurrently. Regarding the financial statements for the periods ending March 31, 2025, and June 30, 2025, AHL stated they believe these are accurate. However, they requested the NSE to identify any specific discrepancies or inconsistencies requiring correction or clarification, as they are unable to proceed without such identification.
