For the cumulative period, total domestic vehicle sales increased by 10% to 1,38,219 units for December 2025, compared to 1,26,126 units in the previous year. M&HCV sales grew by 9% to 85,698 units, and LCV sales increased by 11% to 52,521 units.
Including exports, the total vehicle sales for December 2025 stood at 21,533 units, a 27% increase from 16,957 units in December 2024. Cumulative total vehicle sales, including exports, grew by 11% to 1,50,979 units for the period, up from 1,35,921 units in the prior year.
