Ashok Leyland Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure will be effective for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives starting from January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025, are made publicly available. This measure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating trading by Designated Persons.
