Ashiana Housing Limited has released its operational performance update for the third quarter (Q3) and nine months ending December 31, 2025 (FY26).

In Q3 FY26, the company booked 357 units, compared to 307 units in Q2 FY26 and 451 units in Q3 FY25. The area booked was 5.56 lakh sq. ft., with a sales value of ₹401.07 crore. This is a decrease from Q3 FY25, which saw 451 units booked across 6.77 lakh sq. ft. for ₹454.16 crore. The company launched Ashiana Amaya (Jamshedpur) and Vatsalya Phase-II (Chennai) in Q3 FY26, contributing 149 units, 2.67 lakh sq. ft., and ₹198.62 crore to the sales value.

For the nine months ending December 31, 2025, the total area booked was 15.64 lakh sq. ft., with a sales value of ₹1135.47 crore. This is lower than the 18.47 lakh sq. ft. booked in the same period last year, with a sales value of ₹1362.17 crore. The previous year's higher sales were attributed to the launch of Amara Phase-4 in Gurugram.

Furthermore, in Q3 FY26, Ashiana Housing commenced handover for Ashiana Malhar Phase-I (Pune), Ashiana Dwarka Phase-V (Jodhpur), and Ashiana Ekansh Phase-I (Jaipur).
