Ashiana Housing Limited has announced the acquisition of approximately 8.83 acres of land on an outright purchase basis from various sellers. The land is located in village Wavarle, Taluk Khalapur, District Raigad, Maharashtra. The company proposes to develop a Senior Living project on this acquired land. The project is expected to have a saleable area of approximately 4.50 lakh sq. ft. This acquisition is in line with the company's strategy to expand its presence and offerings in the real estate sector, particularly in the senior living segment.
