Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL) has acquired a new residential high-rise project located on Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru. This project has an estimated saleable area of approximately 6.8 lakh sq. ft. and a potential top-line revenue of around ₹860 crore. The acquisition was made on an outright basis. This new project is ASL's tenth high-rise development in Bengaluru, reinforcing its presence in the city's real estate market. The company entered Bengaluru in 2013 and has since launched 14 projects, with 6 already delivered and 8 currently under development. Sarjapur Road is identified as a rapidly developing and premium residential area, offering good connectivity to IT hubs and other essential amenities. Mr. Priyansh Kapoor, CEO and Whole Time Director of Arvind SmartSpaces, expressed enthusiasm about adding a second high-rise project in Bengaluru this year, which enhances their vertical development portfolio. He also noted that this is their second acquisition in Sarjapur. With this new addition, the cumulative new business development topline potential for the year has reached approximately ₹2,560 crore. The company plans to expand its project pipeline in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
