The authorized capital for Arvind PD International FZ-LLC is AED 150,000, comprising 150 shares of AED 1,000 each. The company has not yet commenced business operations, and therefore, details regarding its size, turnover, acquisition cost, or consideration are not applicable at this stage. The promoter/promoter group/group companies of Arvind Limited do not hold any interest in this new subsidiary, ensuring the transaction is at arm's length. The incorporation of this subsidiary is aimed at expanding the company's presence in the Fibre Glass Products manufacturing sector within the UAE.
