Arvind Limited has announced the resignation of its Managing Director, Mr. Susheel Kaul, who also held the designation of ‘Managing Director & President (Textiles)’. Mr. Kaul has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons and will be relieved from his services in due course.

As previously communicated via a media release on December 18, 2025, the responsibilities previously held by Mr. Susheel Kaul will be assumed by Mr. Punit Lalbhai, the Vice Chairman of the Company. This leadership transition is part of the company’s long-term succession plan and will be effective from April 1st, 2026.

Mr. Kaul expressed his gratitude for his tenure, highlighting the satisfying years spent in leadership roles and Arvind Limited's agility and innovation. Mr. Punit Lalbhai acknowledged Mr. Kaul's significant contributions to Arvind’s success, growth, innovation, and expansion, stating that they have built a brand that speaks for itself.
