Effective April 1st, 2026, Punit Lalbhai, currently Vice Chairman, will assume an executive role to lead this division as part of the company’s long-term succession plan. Susheel Kaul, who has served as MD and President of the textiles and apparel business, will transition from his current role. He will continue to contribute to the group by focusing on key strategic projects and shaping future growth initiatives.
