Arshiya Limited, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, has announced the closure of its trading window. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving the trading of the company's securities, either directly or indirectly. The company has informed the Listing Department of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about this intimation.
