Arshiya Limited, currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has announced that its Sixteenth (16th) Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) was held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. The meeting commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:56 P.M. through video conferencing. During the meeting, the Resolution Professional provided the Committee of Creditors with updates on several key aspects of the CIRP. These included the approval of CIRP costs incurred or to be incurred for the Corporate Debtor, and the approval for raising interim finance or corpus funding to meet the ongoing requirements of the resolution process. Additionally, operational, legal, and other material updates pertaining to the CIRP were discussed, along with the status of claims received and an updated list of creditors of the Company. The company has submitted this post facto intimation in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
