Arisinfra Solutions Limited has announced the incorporation of a Joint Venture Company, JS Infra Core Private Limited, in association with JS Infra Projects. This JV aims to manufacture, trade, and deal in asphalt, bitumen, tar products, and related construction materials, as well as provide advisory and consultancy services for real estate and infrastructure projects. Arisinfra will hold a 70% stake in the JV, with JS Infra holding the remaining 30%. The collaboration seeks to combine JS Infra's execution capabilities with Arisinfra's infrastructure and sourcing expertise for an asset-light approach in the asphalt segment.

In a separate decision, the Board of Directors approved the shifting of the company's registered office within the local limits of Mumbai. The new office will be located at Unit No. FOF B - 02 to 06, Fourth Floor - B Wing, Art Guild House, Phoenix Market City, L.B.S. Marg, Kurla (West), Mumbai - 400070, effective January 19, 2026. The board meeting commenced at 6:00 PM IST and concluded at 7:00 PM IST on January 19, 2026.
