This change reflects the company's maturation into a more integrated network combining multi-material supply, execution-linked services, and proprietary technology. The new identity, "ARIS," aims to signify the company's ambition to become the organized backbone of construction in India, enhancing reliability, coordination, and intelligence in material and service delivery nationwide.

The change pertains solely to the corporate brand and logo; the legal name of the company remains ArisInfra Solutions Limited. This rebranding will not affect the company's shareholding pattern, capital structure, business operations, or statutory obligations. All official documentation will continue to use the existing legal name. The new logo will be implemented across the company's branding and communication materials in a phased manner.
