Arisinfra Solutions Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Ravi Venkatraman from his position as an Independent Director. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on January 14, 2026.

Mr. Venkatraman cited prior and ongoing professional commitments as the reason for his departure. He also mentioned a request to associate with a subsidiary of Arisinfra Solutions Limited in an independent capacity, where his experience can be leveraged to support its growth initiatives. He confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation.

Consequent to his resignation from the Board, Mr. Venkatraman will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of the Company, effective January 14, 2026.

The company has provided the required disclosures as per SEBI LODR Regulations, including the details of Mr. Venkatraman's other directorships and committee memberships in other listed entities.
