Arisinfra Solutions Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Manish Singh as a Nominee Director of the Company. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on December 17, 2025. Mr. Singh stated that the reason for his resignation is due to pre-occupation. He will also cease to be a member of any Board Committees upon his resignation. He confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond what was stated. The company has enclosed Mr. Singh's resignation letter as Annexure-A and provided the required details as per SEBI LODR Regulations in Annexure-B. The company has acknowledged the resignation and will proceed with the necessary compliances and filings with the Registrar of Companies and Stock Exchanges.
