Arihant Superstructures Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code for the prevention of insider trading. The trading window will be shut for all Designated Persons, including their immediate relatives, starting from January 01, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 30, 2025, are made publicly available. This closure also covers other matters for which the trading window is typically required to be closed. Consequently, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP's), Designated Employees, Connected Persons, and their immediate relatives have been advised against trading in the company's shares, either directly or indirectly, during this period.
