All designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised against engaging in any transactions involving the purchase or sale of the company's equity shares during this closed period. The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, will be communicated in due course.
