Archidply Industries Limited announced its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 30, 2025. The company reported a profit before tax of ₹230.54 Lakhs on a standalone basis and ₹243.02 Lakhs on a consolidated basis for the quarter. This represents a decline compared to the previous periods. The Board of Directors noted that the company had paid a penalty of ₹5,500/- (inclusive of GST) each to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for non-compliance with Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, related to the delayed disclosure of Related Party Transactions for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company has since taken corrective measures to ensure future compliance. An exceptional item was recognized due to the impact of the new Labour Codes, resulting in an increase in gratuity and leave liability by ₹138.86 Lakhs on a standalone basis and ₹139.38 Lakhs on a consolidated basis. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on January 30, 2026.
