Apar Industries Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹5,480 crores for Q3 FY26, a year-on-year increase of 16.2%, driven by strong domestic business performance. Domestic revenue saw a growth of 30.0% compared to Q3 FY25, while exports declined by 11.2%. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, APAR Industries achieved a historically high revenue of ₹16,299 crores, representing a 21.9% year-on-year growth. EBITDA for the nine months increased by 23.8% to ₹1,483 crores, and Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 26.6% to ₹723 crores. In Q3 FY26, PAT stood at ₹209 crores, a 19.4% increase over the same period last year, with a PAT margin of 3.8%. The company also reported an exceptional item of ₹25 crores towards past service cost on gratuity and compensated absences due to the enactment of new labor codes. Segment-wise, the Conductors segment revenue grew by 25.1% YoY to ₹3,063 crores in Q3 FY26. Speciality Oils segment revenue increased by 18.4% YoY to ₹4,062 crores for the nine months. Cable Solutions segment revenue grew by 7.6% YoY to ₹1,362 crores in Q3 FY26. Additionally, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Pitamber Shivnani as an Independent Director (Non-Executive), subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Shivnani brings extensive experience in the Transmission and Distribution sector.
