Anupam Rasayan India Limited (ARIL) announced the results of the postal ballot e-voting process, conducted between December 11, 2025, and January 09, 2026. The resolutions, which were part of a postal ballot notice dated December 09, 2025, have been passed with the requisite majority by the company members.

Three special resolutions were put forth for voting. The first resolution, to approve an increase in the company's overall borrowing limits in accordance with Section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, received overwhelming support with 99.97% of valid votes in favor. The second resolution, concerning the sale, lease, mortgage, or disposal of substantially the whole of the company's undertaking under Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013, was also passed with 99.97% of valid votes in favor.

The third special resolution, to approve investments, loans, guarantees, and securities exceeding the limits specified under Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, garnered 99.67% of valid votes in favor. The voting results and the Scrutinizer's Report have been submitted to the stock exchanges and will be hosted on the company's website.
