Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited (AWHCL) announced its business update for the quarter and nine-month period ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 & 9M FY26). The company reported a core operating revenue growth of approximately 9% in Q3FY26 and 13% in 9MFY26 on a year-on-year basis, driven by higher volumes and tariff revisions. During Q3FY26, AWHCL managed approximately 1.42 million tonnes of municipal solid waste (MSW), a 19% year-on-year increase. Processing activities handled 0.88 million tonnes (up 26% YoY), and Collection & Transportation (C&T) activities managed 0.53 million tonnes (up 9% YoY). For the nine-month period, cumulative tonnage managed was 4.01 million tonnes, a 12% YoY expansion. The company sold 37,840 tonnes of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) and 4,359 tonnes of compost in the quarter. For the nine-month period, RDF sales were 133,661 tonnes and compost sales were 14,217 tonnes. A significant development was the NCLT's approval on December 18, 2025, for the merger of AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited with AWHCL, effective December 31, 2025. This merger is expected to enhance economies of scale, operational efficiency, and cash flow management. In terms of new project wins, the Group secured two C&T contracts from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for waste management across seven wards. These contracts have a combined revenue potential of approximately ₹1,330 crore over seven years. Furthermore, a subsidiary, Antony Lara Enviro Solutions Private Limited, has been awarded a Design, Build, Operate, and Transfer (DBOT) concession for a 600-800 Tonnes Per Day (TPD) MSW pre-processing and stabilization facility in Thane. This project involves a capital outlay of approximately ₹67 crore, reimbursable by TMC, and reinforces the Group's leadership in RDF production and landfill diversion.
