Antarctica Limited has announced that it has received requests from members of its Promoter/Promoter Group for reclassification as public shareholders, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The requests were submitted via letters dated January 19, 2026.

The individuals who have requested reclassification include Mrs. Jyoti Kuthari, holding 14,58,567 equity shares (0.94% shareholding), Mrs. Ruma Suchanti, holding 20,000 equity shares (0.01% shareholding), and Mr. Virendra Kumar Jain, holding 2,000 equity shares (0.01% shareholding). M/s. R Kuthari Huf and Mrs. Renu Kuthari have also submitted requests, holding 0 equity shares.

The company will undertake the necessary steps to comply with Regulation 31A. The requests for reclassification will be considered by the Board of Directors during their next meeting, scheduled for January 27, 2026. The company has attached copies of the intimation letters received from the promoter group members.
