Antarctica Limited has announced significant changes in its Board of Directors, effective from January 9, 2026. Mr. Aryan Arvindbhai Prajapati has been appointed as Additional cum Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Prajapati is a graduate from Gujarat University and is expected to handle professional responsibilities with dedication.

Additionally, Mr. Nitinbhai Babubhai Karan has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent Director), also pending shareholder approval. Mr. Karan, a graduate from Gujarat University, is expected to bring his academic knowledge and discipline to the role.

Concurrently, Mrs. Renu Kuthari has tendered her resignation as a Director of the Company, effective from the close of business hours on January 9, 2026. Her resignation is due to her intention to pursue social activities and her inability to devote sufficient time to the company's affairs. Consequently, she will also cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee. The Board has expressed its sincere appreciation for Mrs. Kuthari's valuable contributions during her tenure.
