Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited (APIL) has announced that the 47th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors for its 'Fernhill project', located in District Gurgaon, Haryana, is scheduled to take place on December 30, 2025. This meeting is being held in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. APIL is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The company's affairs are being managed by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta, the Resolution Professional appointed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi, Bench IV, on February 25, 2025. Separately, the Serene Residency Group Housing Project of APIL in Greater Noida has its Resolution Plan approved by the NCLT on October 6, 2025. The Fernhill Project in Gurgaon is managed by Shri Jalesh Kumar Grover, who serves as the Resolution Professional for that specific project.
