Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited (APIL) has announced that the 46th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors for the 'Fernhill project', located in District Gurgaon, Haryana, is scheduled to take place on December 21, 2025. This meeting is being held in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. APIL is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The company's affairs are being managed by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta, who is the Interim Resolution Professional (currently designated as Resolution Professional) appointed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi, Bench IV. Separately, the Resolution Plan for the Serene Residency Group Housing Project in Greater Noida, U.P., was approved by the Hon'ble NCLT, New Delhi, Bench II on October 06, 2025. The Fernhill Project in Gurgaon is managed by Shri Jalesh Kumar Grover, who serves as the Resolution Professional for that specific project.
