General Manager (Architect) effective closing hours of January 31, 2026, citing personal reasons. Furthermore, Shri Abdul Sami has resigned from his positions as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, Nodal Officer, and other statutory roles within the company, with his resignation effective February 2, 2026, also due to personal reasons. The company has submitted the resignation letters of both individuals, dated January 15, 2026, and February 2, 2026, respectively, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. Shri Anil Kumar has served the company for 31 years and expressed disappointment over his sudden departure, requesting expedited final payment including his accrued privilege leaves. Shri Abdul Sami also thanked the company for the support and knowledge gained during his tenure.
