Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited has announced that the 06th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors is scheduled to be held on December 30, 2025. This meeting is being held in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. This process was initiated by an order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, Court-IV on February 25, 2025, in CPNo.: IB 558(ND)/2024. The company's affairs, business, and assets are being managed by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta, who was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional and is now designated as the Resolution Professional. Additionally, Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta is also managing the Resolution Plan for the Serene Residency Group Housing Project in Greater Noida, which was approved by the Hon'ble NCLT, New Delhi, Bench II on October 06, 2025. The Fernhill Project in Gurgaon is being managed by Shri Jalesh Kumar Grover, who is the Resolution Professional for that project.
