The total outstanding principal amount as of the reporting date was ₹96.98 crore, with a significant portion of ₹94.32 crore constituting the default amount. Additionally, the company reported a total financial indebtedness of ₹183.37 crore, encompassing both short-term and long-term debt. There were no defaults reported on unlisted debt securities such as NCDs and NCRPS, as the total outstanding amount for these was Nil. The announcement also provided context regarding the company's ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). As per a Hon’ble NCLAT order dated January 7, 2026, the CIRP is now confined to specific Lucknow and Rajasthan projects, following a settlement agreement. These projects are managed by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta, the Resolution Professional. The Serene Residency Group Housing Project in Greater Noida also has its Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble NCLT, New Delhi, on October 6, 2025, and is managed by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta. The Fernhill Project in District Gurgaon, Haryana, is also under management.
