Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited (APIL) has announced the outcome and voting results of the 45th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (COC) for its Fernhill Project, located in Gurugram, Haryana. The meeting was held on December 15, 2025, with the voting period concluding on December 21, 2025. During the meeting, the COC approved two key agenda items. Firstly, the expenses incurred during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) period up to November 30, 2025, were ratified and approved. Secondly, the fee payable to Ms. Aakriti Sood, the authorized representative for the financial creditors in the homebuyers' class, was also approved. APIL is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The company's affairs are being managed by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta, the Resolution Professional appointed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi. Separately, the resolution plan for the Serene Residency Group Housing Project in Greater Noida was approved by the NCLT on October 6, 2025. The Fernhill Project in Gurugram is managed by Shri Jalesh Kumar Grover, the Resolution Professional for that project.
