Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on February 5, 2026. The Board noted the resignations of Non-Executive and Independent Directors Shri Sunil Kumar Gupta, Shri Binay Kumar Singh, and Smt. Francette Patricia Atkinson, effective March 2025, March 12, 2025, and June 23, 2025, respectively. These resignations were submitted during the company's Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and were previously not accepted by the Resolution Professional. Furthermore, the Board approved the appointment of three Additional Directors, effective February 5, 2026. Shri Ashok Kumar Verma, an Accounts and Finance professional with over 18 years of experience in the real estate sector, has been appointed. Shri Siddhartha Goenka, a textile professional and entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in textile manufacturing, sourcing, and trading, has also been appointed. Smt. Kanta Devi, a senior political leader with extensive experience in education, women empowerment, social reform, and public service, has been appointed as an Additional Director. The company also noted penalties levied by the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited for non-compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the quarters ended December 31, 2024, March 31, 2025, June 30, 2025, and September 30, 2025. Penalties were also noted for non-compliance with Regulation 34 for the Financial Year 2024-25. The newly reconstituted Board has assured future compliances without delay. The announcement also provided an update on the CIRP, stating that as per the Hon'ble NCLAT order dated January 7, 2026, the CIRP is now confined to Lucknow and certain projects in Rajasthan. The Resolution Plan for The Serene Residency Group Housing Project in Greater Noida was approved by the Hon'ble NCLT on October 6, 2025. The Fernhill Project in Gurgaon is being managed by its Resolution Professional.
