Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited has announced the appointment of Shri Sanjay Jain, Shri Roshan Lal Kamboj, and Shri Vipul Garg as Directors of the Company, effective February 3rd, 2026. This reconstitution of the Board follows the cessation of Shri Pranav Ansal, Promoter, from his positions as Chairman, Whole Time Director, and Director, effective October 31st, 2025. All previous directors had resigned or vacated their offices during the ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The CIRP, initiated against the company, has been confined to specific projects in Lucknow and Rajasthan following an order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) dated January 7th, 2026. The Serene Residency Group Housing Project in Greater Noida and the Fernhill Project in Gurgaon are currently under the management of their respective Resolution Professionals. Shri Sanjay Jain is an Advocate with extensive experience in arbitration, constitutional law, and corporate law. Shri Roshan Lal Kamboj is an Industrialist with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Shri Vipul Garg is a Senior Executive with over 17 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, and business scale-up, primarily in the real estate, healthcare, retail, and food industries. None of the newly appointed directors are debarred from holding office and are not related to each other or the Company.
