Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited (APIL) has announced that the 48th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors for the 'Fernhill project', located in District Gurgaon, Haryana, is scheduled to be held on January 27, 2026. This announcement is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. APIL is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The company's affairs, business, and assets are being managed by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta, the Resolution Professional appointed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi. Previously, the CIRP was admitted by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, Court-II on November 16, 2022, and later confined to specific projects by the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on January 13, 2023. The 'Fernhill project' is specifically managed by Shri Jalesh Kumar Grover, Resolution Professional for that project. Separately, the Resolution Plan for the Serene Residency Group Housing Project in Greater Noida was approved by the NCLT on October 06, 2025, and this project is also managed by Shri Navneet Kumar Gupta.
