The acquisition was approved by the Board of Directors and is intended to bolster the company's marketing capabilities. The office, measuring approximately 99.27 square meters, is situated at A-1601, Privilon, Near Iskon Cross Road, Vikram Nagar, S. G. Highway, Ahmedabad – 380058. The purchase agreement was entered into on February 04, 2026, with Mr. Dhanendra Natavarlal Shah as the seller. The consideration for this transaction amounts to ₹18,000,000 (Rupees One Crore Eighty Lakh Only). The company has confirmed that none of the sellers belong to the promoter, promoter group, or group companies, and the transaction does not fall under related party transactions as it is conducted at arm's length.
